Unless defined otherwise, the terminologies used under the Policy shall carry the same meaning and interpretation as provided under the Terms of Use.

Users may cancel any Order placed on the Application before receiving confirmation of the same by and Restaurant. Once the Order has been confirmed by and Restaurant, the User shall not be allowed to cancel the Order except with the consent of and Restaurant.

Restaurant may cancel any Order placed under the following circumstances:

The designated delivery address falls outside the delivery zone offered by Restaurant.

Inability to deliver the Order due to lack of information.

Direction or authorization from the User at the time of delivery.

Unavailability of any of the Products ordered by the User at the time of placing the order.

Failure due to reasons beyond the control or attributable to Restaurant.

For any reason, Restaurant deems fit, at its discretion, after providing reasons for the same.

The User shall be entitled to a refund only if the User placed the Order through the Application and only in the following event:

Restaurant cancels the order due to the delivery location falling outside designated delivery zones.

The cancellation of the order due to unavailability of the items you ordered for at the time of booking.

Any cancellation of orders from the User’s end after the confirmation of order can only be canceled within 3 minutes of confirmation of order.

Once the order has been dispatched, shipping charges shall be applicable as per the location of the user.

In the event the User refuses to receive the delivery of orders, the mode of payment for which is Cash on Delivery, such refusal shall be treated as cancellation of the order, and shipping charges shall be applicable as per the location of the user. The User access to the Website shall be restricted until the clearance of such payment by the User.

The User shall be entitled to return or replacement of the Product delivered, only if the User placed the Order through the website and, on the occurrence of any of the following circumstances:

The product delivered is different from the Product for which the Order was placed.

The User is required to not accept the delivery in the aforementioned circumstances. Once the delivery has been accepted the same cannot be returned, refunded, or replaced in any circumstances whatsoever.
